A Bit About Ash!
I know that I keep saying this... but, once again, another phenomenal 2026 foal! Everyone meet SAMD Smart Ashes (Ash). She is a daughter of our 2025 NMDA Hi-Point Miniature Donkey - Jack, SAMD Murphy. This little girl has a wide chest, straight legs, her gums are even, and she has a beautiful head. On top of it all, she also has a great personality, for as young as she is. She is extremely friendly, wants to be right by your side, and loves to play.
When it comes to her pedigree, on dam's side, it has become much harder to obtain the bloodline, in the United States. HHAA Alphabet Zoup's sire, TTW Cowboy's Kalamazoo, was transported to Australia, several ago. Her dam, The Elm's Black Beauty, was also transported out of the United States, and now resides in Canada.
The rest of her pedigree includes Short Assets Cowboy, MGF Black Knight, Circle C Black Russian, Windcrest Java, Cobra's Red Man, Dewey Meadows Primo, Dewey Meadows Valentino, Arrow Creek, KZ, and much more.
Ash will be available. We have not yet decided on a price for her, as we are wanting to watch her just a little bit longer. Whoever buys her should be extremely pleased.
We do require that our donkeys go to a home that provides another donkey as a companion... preferably same sex. If you are interested in Ash, contact us for more information.
All of our foals prices include gelding (if they are a jack (unless discussed otherwise in depth)), vaccinations, boosters, rabies, negative coggins, several foal de-worming's, several hoof trims, health certificates (if they are leaving TN), etc. We give copies of and handle transferring MDR or ADR papers, and ACOSA papers (if they are spotted) into new owner's name. We also handle our foals A LOT. We pick up their hooves, starting at a day old... teach them to lead, stand tied, do some fun obstacle training, trailer loading, etc. Whether our donkeys go to show homes, therapy programs, pet homes, etc... we find all of this to be very important, to build a strong foundation, for them to be confident in their new homes.
